Rights

On Feb. 24, 2007 permission was granted for archive.org:

"Hi,
I am writing to allow permission of shows to be uploaded for the band One
Frequency. One Frequency is a fast-paced punk band from the Mahopac, NY
area. I am close friends with the singer of the band and he along with the
rest of the band, have given me full go-ahead on uploads to archive.org.
They would like me to represent the band in all communications with you. The
band has a fully open taping policy, and may even allow soundboard access
when conditions permit. Advice they give to first time tapers: turn your
preamps down before the show starts. It's gonna be loud. It may be hard to
find them playing though, as they have a sporadic schedule, and the band
members are involved with other musical endeavors .
Thank You,
Jesse"
